Road Dogg On Why LA Knight Is “Stealing The World Right Now”

Wisconcin Weatherman Impersonates WWE Star LA Knight Live On Air [VIDEO]

Road Dogg Brian James doesn’t think critics like Dave Meltzer should always put the onus on booking because sometimes it boils down to the stars making something of themselves, like LA Knight has.

On the latest episode of “Oh … You Didn’t Know?” James and co-host Casio Kid looked back at WWE Super Show-Down 2018 and Road Dogg wanted to make a point how it’s always the booking or the WWE writing team to get the flack for what gets presented, but the former head writer of WWE SmackDown says it takes two to tango.

“We’re always so quick to jump on the booking of something. I would argue LA Knight didn’t wait on them to book him and do something. He became undeniable and all of a sudden you got to book him.

“And so there’s some of this lies on the individual, you know, at some point, and they said this in the notes, actually. So it’s ironic. Some point the bell has to ring and you have to connect with the viewer. You have to connect with the viewing audience.

LA Knight Is “Stealing The World”

Road Dogg continues, noting that writers shoulder so much of the blame, but it really can just boil down to the star in the ring.

“And also for the fans, don’t blame it on the writers either. Like, just because you like the guy doesn’t mean he’s catching on the world over, you know what I mean? Like, okay, you like the guy. Let’s see where it goes. But like, with LA Knight, he’s just stealing the world right now because it’s organic, it’s real.”
