AEW Star Suffered Major Injury At Revolution PPV

AEW Revolution 2023 is already being touted as one of the best PPVs of the year, if not the best. The show was impressive from top to bottom and it ended with what many fans are calling the best ironman match in wrestling history.

But just because the matches were great and fans left the show in good spirits doesn’t mean that there weren’t serious consequences for the wrestlers themselves. Bryan Danielson hasn’t been seen on AEW programming save for a vague promo hinting that he’s in so much pain that he may contemplate retirement.

His opponent at Revolution, MJF, has appeared on TV but he’s still walking around with battle scars, especially around his eyes and forehead.

But the two guys in the main-event weren’t the only ones to leave Revolution hurt. In fact, one other wrestler got hurt so badly that he’s now sidelined with an injury and won’t be appearing whatsoever.

Danhausen suffers pectoral injury in tag match at AEW Revolution

On March 16th, Danhausen posted a photo on Twitter showing himself in a sling, unable to move his right arm. He further noted that he suffered a torn pec in the four-way tag match at Revolution.

“Hello, Danhausen tore his pec at AEW Revolution. ~When Armageddons been locked and loaded, Danhausen will come back for you~”

It is unknown how severe/serious the injury is. If it’s anything like Cody Rhodes’ pec tear from 2022, then one can estimate that Danhausen won’t be wrestling for AEW (or anyone else for that matter) for seven months if not longer.
