Eddie Kingston Calls Out MJF For “Crying” To Get His Way In AEW

Eddie Kingston has never been shy about sharing his thoughts about who he does and doesn’t like.

His searing honesty has both earned him fans and landed him in hot water with AEW management, but the Mad King shows no signs of changing. Just in the second half of 2022, Kingston found himself suspended for a backstage altercation with Sammy Guevara and memorably called CM Punk a “b*tch” in an interview.

“He’s A Real Piece Of Shit” – Eddie Kingston

After being relatively quiet in recent weeks, Kingston has now set his sights on a new target in MJF. During an appearance on the WTF podcast with Marc Maron, Kingston went on the attack, claiming that the AEW World Champion is nothing more than a “piece of sh*t.”

“He’s a real piece of shit. I’m just going to put that out there. I don’t know why he’s the champion. He’ll cry about it to Tony (Khan), then I’ll get an email from Megha (Parekh) and HR, ‘you can’t be calling our world champion a piece of shit.’ Well, if he doesn’t act like a piece of shit, I won’t call him that.”

When it was suggested that it’s MJF’s on-screen character performing that way, Kingston said that his issues exist backstage, calling the star a “low life.”

“Not backstage to the boys. He’s a low life. He’s a young kid who thinks he knows it all and he doesn’t. Fuck em. I don’t give a shit. What are they gonna do, fire me? Okay. I’ll work somewhere and make money.”

On-screen Eddie Kingston is currently wrapped up in a storyline with Ortiz and the House of Black.

Meanwhile, MJF is due to make a rare in-ring appearance on the February 8th episode of Dynamite when he takes on Konosuke Takeshita in a World Title Eliminator. The champion is currently at war with Bryan Danielson who is attempting to secure himself a match for the AEW World Championship at Revolution.
