Exclusive: Paul Wight Thinks Vince McMahon Is “P*ssed” AEW All In Sold Out Wembley

Vince McMahon In WWE

Paul Wight loves a competitive Vince McMahon, and believes AEW All In has fired up his old boss up.

While in London for All In, the former Big Show spoke exclusively with Kenny McIntosh of Inside The Ropes and was asked about the competitive nature of the business. Considering AEW has sold out Wembley, Wight was asked what he thinks Vince McMahon feelings on a rival company doing it?

“I think he is pissed. I think he is absolutely pissed. But he is also the type of guy, ok, he likes competition, he likes the challenge. Vince is very much the land of the jungle type mentality. I think that Vince is a guy who thrives on competition, thrives on doing new things, and thrives on being the best in his mind at what he does. So when competition steps up, that fires up Vince more than anything.”

Paul Wight Thinks A “P*ssed” Vince McMahon Is Better For Wrestling

Wight has known Vince McMahon for over two decades and he knows feeling complacent is not his cup of tea.

“The worst thing that can happen to Vince is to be bored and be monotonous. If he’s got competition then it fires him up to be better, which is a win for the fans, because they will get a better competition and we will produce a better product so it’s good too.”

Following his intensive spinal surgery, McMahon may be more hands-off at present but he has to be satisfied with the record-setting ticket sales for WWE WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.
