When Will The Cavinder Twins Report To The WWE Performance Center?

Cavinder Twins Haley Cavinder Hanna Cavinder

Back in December of 2021, it was announced that Haley and Hanna Cavinder had signed WWE NIL contracts with WWE.

The Cavinder Twins are standout college basketball players, and caught the eye of the sports entertainment giant as they’ve also become massive stars on TikTok. The pair played for Fresno State University before moving to the University of Miami in 2022, and when they signed their WWE NIL deals in 2021, the company reportedly had hopes of them achieving similar success to The Bella Twins.

In a joint statement on Instagram on April 11th, the twins announced that they would be foregoing their fifth-year NCAA eligibility in order to start a “new chapter” in their lives, leaving many to wonder whether they’d officially be starting wrestling training sooner than later. The statement read as follows:

Miami,

Thank you for an unforgettable season. The love and support we received from the university and the city was special.

We would like to thank our teammates and coaches for bringing us in as a family and being a part of a historic season.

With that being said, Hanna and I have decided to not take our fifth year and start a new chapter in our lives. The U will always be home and we are forever proud to be Hurricanes.

Lastly, to everyone who has supported us through our basketball journey – we can’t thank you enough for all the love you gave each and every game.

What started as us playing basketball 16 years ago, turned into something bigger than we could ever imagine.

We love you Canes family,

Hanna & Haley, The Cavinder Twins

The Cavinder Twins Are Heading To The WWE Performance Center In The Spring

Now, speaking in a recent interview with The Street, the twins’ agent Jeff Hoffman revealed that that the pair are reporting to the WWE Performance Center in the spring. While they’ll be starting wrestling training at that time, they are still “open to exploring other options” for their careers according to Hoffman. He had this to say:

“The potential — what could be — I think they’d be excited if that type of opportunity presented itself for them to be main features in the WWE. WWE fans provide such positive comments, feedback, and energy to the twins.”

Continuing, Hoffman praised WWE for its training program and noted that while the twins are accomplished athletes, it will take time to learn to execute wrestling moves safely.

“The WWE, they have a very specific training process — They don’t just fit people into storylines and say, ‘Here you go. The twins are D1 athletes, they’re extremely fit, healthy, exercise constantly, but there’s also a process through the training to make sure you understand not only movements but safety.”
