LA Knight Calls Out Bray Wyatt On SmackDown, Gets More Than He Bargained For

Bray Wyatt returned as WWE Extreme Rules 2022

The tension between LA Knight and Bray Wyatt continues to grow, as the former finds nothing but more questions in his quest for answers from the former Universal Champion.

On the November 18th episode of SmackDown, LA Knight confronted Bray Wyatt. Not only did he confront the star, he slapped him across the face, not once, but twice. However, he appeared to pay for his actions within minutes, after seemingly being attacked backstage.

In the weeks since the attack Wyatt has continued to protest his innocence, but Knight isn’t having any of it.

LA Knight Calls Out Bray Wyatt

On the December 9th episode of the blue brand Knight came to the ring and aimed to show evidence that Bray Wyatt was the man who attacked him. The star showed numerous clips from backstage which showed Wyatt’s “puppets” in the background just before he was left laying.

However, with Knight in full flow he was interrupted by a message from Uncle Howdy on the big screen. The mysterious figure made a series of cryptic threats, closing by saying that “the door is closing.”

Back in the ring, LA Knight said that if Wyatt wasn’t going to come out to face him, he would go and find Wyatt himself. Once backstage Knight went into a dressing room featuring one of Wyatt’s t-shirts. As soon as he picked it up the lights went off with a phone torch revealing that he wasn’t alone.

Bray Wyatt is yet to wrestle since returning to WWE at Extreme Rules back in October. However, the star was recently added to a number of live events across the Christmas period, his first live dates since re-signing with the company. Although it’s important to note that at time of writing Wyatt isn’t advertised to wrestle at the events.
