A new report has claimed that there are three “notable” AEW stars who are looking to leave the company.

Just as reports of backstage unrest were beginning to die down, Andrade El Idolo and Sammy Guevara have thrown the AW locker room into the spotlight once again.

The issues began with comments Andrade made in an interview where he claimed that Guevara had complained about being hit too hard in a match. This led the Spanish God to respond on Twitter, before the two went back and forth. However, from there, things only got worse.

In the hours ahead of the October 5th edition of Dynamite it was announced that Andrade’s planned match on Rampage was cancelled, and no explanation was given as to why. Although this quickly became clear, as it was reported that the star had been sent home from the Dynamite taping after attempting to punch Guevara. This was despite telling management that there wouldn’t be a physical altercation.

Reflecting on the incident on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Andrade sparked the incident as he is openly trying to get fired from All Elite Wrestling. Interestingly, Meltzer added that Andrade is one of three stars who want to leave the company.

“There’s like 3 people that want to leave AEW – Andrade is one of them”

The report comes after Malakai Black and Buddy Mathews were forced to deny that they wanted to lave the company.

While Andrade was sent home from the tapings, Sammy Guevara appeared in the main event as planned alongside Chris Jericho as thy defeated Daniel Garcia and Bryan Danielson. In fact, it was Guevara who scored the pin-fall much to the total disgust of those in the arena who had booed him throughout.
