Liv Morgan WWE Return Update

Liv Morgan

According to Raquel Rodriguez, Liv Morgan is “very, very anxious” to get back to her life in WWE.

At Money in the Bank on July 1st, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez were riding high as they captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships from Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey after Baszler shockingly turned on Rousey during the match.

However, the pair’s elation was short-lived, and they lost the titles to Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green just over two weeks later on July 17th after Rhea Ripley attacked Raquel Rodriguez. The next week, Morgan vowed to get revenge for her partner, but received a beatdown for her trouble. It was later reported that Morgan was dealing with a legitimate injury and that there was no timetable for her return.

“She’s Doing Great” – Raquel Rodriguez On Liv Morgan’s Recovery

Speaking in a new interview with The Dallas Morning News, Rodriguez opened up about her tag team partner’s recovery, saying that Liv is very, very anxious to come back to WWE. While there’s no specific date in mind for her return, Rodriguez believes fans will be seeing Morgan sooner rather than later.

“Yeah, I’ve talked to Liv. She’s doing great. She’s really recovering well. She’s in very good spirits, and of course, she’s very, very anxious to come back. I don’t have a specific date of when she’ll be back. We’re all waiting for her. I know, I miss her terribly. So I’m very excited for that. But I feel like time has been flying, and she’s just been on it, on her recovery. So I would assume she’d be back sooner rather than later, and probably before any of us can really imagine.”

Rodriguez is currently set to compete in a five way match for the Women’s World Championship at Crown Jewel.

In an update in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter on November 3rd, Morgan is expected to return soon
