Hulk Hogan Names Dream Opponents On The Current WWE Roster

Hulk Hogan Names Who He Would Face On The Current WWE Roster

If Hulk Hogan was in his prime in 2023, who in WWE would he want to have a match against?

Hogan has faced off against some of the biggest stars in wrestling history over his career, with current and future Hall of Famers such as Randy Savage, Ric Flair and The Rock being some of the most notable rivals of The Hulkster.

While being interviewed by Santi Zap, Hogan was hypothetically asked which of today’s stars he would want to have a match with. The former World Champion would choose the top 2 champions in WWE and someone whom he has previously faced:

If it was somebody from today’s landscape? That is a tricky question because things have changed so much. There are very few attractions in the business. There was “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Andre The Giant, John Cena, there are very few guys that become attractions but there are some really good Main Event players that are right there at greatness. They’re right at the greatness level. And for me to pick one guy out, I figured it just wouldn’t be fair.

So [my] choices would be Roman Reigns of course, Seth Rollins, I’d love to rock him one time. I’d like to get up in Seth Rollins’ face. And somebody that I did wrestle one time before, it could have been a fluke that I got the victory. I would love to wrestle Randy Orton.

Hogan defeated Randy Orton at SummerSlam 2006, which was the Hall of Famer’s final match with WWE.

Along with his 3 choices of top stars to compete against, the Hall of Famer also gave his thoughts on another star that has been on the rise in 2023, LA Knight:

The new guy on the scene. This LA Knight guy, I think I’d have to get really ugly with him. He’s getting way too big way too fast. But he’s a rising superstar and I love the guy to death, man. I love watching him on TV too.

Hulk Hogan Biopic Seemingly Cancelled

Many wrestling fans were intrigued and excited when it was announced that a Hogan biopic was in the works and Hollywood superstar Chris Hemsworth was cast as the man himself. However, as time went on, updates on the upcoming project seemed few and far between, with Hemsworth himself not able to give any updates on the movie. In a recent interview, Hulk Hogan confirmed that the biopic has been postponed indefinitely.

In a separate interview, Hulk Hogan heavily praised a current WWE Superstar that he is very familiar with.
